HOW DOES CONSULTING WORK?
We recommend that you work with Adam for a minimum of one year. This will ensure you build a trusting relationship and have time to work through any limiting beliefs or other inner blocks that are holding you back from launching your startup. All consulting programs start with a complimentary 30-minute strategy session where you identify your "why" to pursue your venture and set a roadmap for deployment. You will then go through the following steps.
STEP 1: IDENTIFY YOUR WHY
From the start of working with Adam, you will work together to identify your why and what will keep you focused, motivated, and driven to pursue your startup. This step is what really makes Adam’s consulting program unique. Before you can tackle your venture you must first identify what will keep you inspired when you feel like giving up on your big idea.
STEP 2: DEVELOP A ROADMAP TO STARTUP SUCCESS
The next phase of work with Adam will focus on developing a roadmap to help you define a roadmap and define a workable plan to execute. This plan will become your guide to ensuring your startups success.
STEP 3: EXECUTE AND DEPLOY
The rest of your work with Adam will focus on reinforcing your roadmap and using it to strategically rollout your startup. As you reach each development milestone you will be advised on how to pivot and adapt the project plan to deploy quickly.
